These terms govern your use of the OUTREC marketplace at marketplace.outrec.com, operated by OUTREC Inc. ("OUTREC," "we," "us"), and our text-messaging program operated for participating dealerships, including Vallely Sport & Marine of Minot and Bismarck, North Dakota. By using the site or opting in to messages, you agree to these terms.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program description. When you provide your mobile number — by inquiring about a unit, submitting a form (for example a trade-in evaluation), or asking to be contacted by text — you agree to receive conversational text messages from us or the participating dealership about your inquiry or purchase: answers to your questions, scheduling, follow-up, and related customer care.
• Message frequency varies based on your conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out at any time — reply STOP to cancel. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. ReplySTART to resubscribe.
• Help — reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information — including that mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting the opt-in form on ourtext messaging page, or an inquiry form on an OUTREC marketplace listing. In both cases the consent checkbox and full disclosure appear directly above the submit button, and the phone field is optional. Consent to receive text messages isnot a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Use of the site

• Listings are provided for personal, non-commercial shopping use. Inventory, pricing, and availability come from participating and source dealerships and can change or contain errors — always confirm details with the dealership before purchasing.
• You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping at scale, interfering with operation, or attempting to access non-public systems.
• Third-party listings link back to their source; we are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.

Disclaimers

The site and messaging services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OUTREC Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or messaging program.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
