OUTREC Inc. ("OUTREC," "we," "us") operates the OUTREC marketplace at marketplace.outrec.com and provides customer-communication software used by participating dealerships, including Vallely Sport & Marine of Minot and Bismarck, North Dakota. This page describes our text-messaging program and how you consent to it.

What we send

Conversational, customer-care text messages related to an inquiry you made or a purchase you are considering — answering your questions about a unit, sharing availability and photos, scheduling a visit or test ride, following up on a service appointment, and similar one-to-one sales and support conversations. These are not marketing blasts; a person at the dealership is on the other end.

Example: "Hi Jordan, it's Tyler at Vallely Sport & Marine. Happy to answer questions on the Ranger you asked about — want to swing by this week and take a look? Reply STOP to opt out."

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and giving us your mobile number on the opt-in form below, or on an inquiry form on any OUTREC marketplace listing. Both forms show the same consent checkbox and disclosure directly above the submit button, and in both the phone field is optional.

The checkbox is never pre-checked, and you can submit either form without it — consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop, and how to get help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting you. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or call our participating dealership, Vallely Sport & Marine, at (701) 852-1625 (Minot) or(701) 258-9223 (Bismarck).
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Full details are in ourPrivacy Policy and SMS Terms.
