OUTREC Inc. ("OUTREC," "we," "us") operates the OUTREC marketplace at marketplace.outrec.com and provides customer-communication software used by participating dealerships, including Vallely Sport & Marine of Minot and Bismarck, North Dakota. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including for text messaging.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, and city — when you inquire about a unit, submit a form (for example a trade-in evaluation), save listings, or communicate with us or a participating dealership.
• Inquiry and transaction details — the units you ask about, appraisal details you submit, and purchase history with a participating dealership.
• Usage information — standard technical data such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location, used to operate and improve the site.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and connect you with the dealership you contacted.
• To provide services you request — trade-in evaluations, financing applications, scheduling, and follow-up on your purchase.
• To send service, sales-follow-up, and customer-care communications, including by SMS where you have provided your number (see below).
• To operate, secure, and improve our sites and services.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number to us or to a participating dealership (for example by inquiring about a unit, submitting a form, or asking to be contacted by text), we may send you conversational text messages related to your inquiry or purchase — answering questions, scheduling visits, providing follow-up, and similar customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt out any time — reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
• All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

• With the participating dealership your inquiry concerns, so it can respond and serve you.
• With service providers that help us operate — hosting, messaging delivery, and analytics — bound to use the information only to provide those services.
• As required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
• Use the contact below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
